Why I’m a Life Coach

I grew up in chaos. My home was broken, and I felt deep pain. I made choices that led to serious trouble and almost death. I chose not to stay stuck. I became focused on how people change from within. I used goal setting, accountability, and faith. This helped me rebuild my life into sobriety, purpose, and success worth millions.

Out of that journey came a mission: help others make changes in months that took me years. Today, I help founders, professionals, and everyday people as an online life coach. My life coaching programs​ and exclusive personal development seminars offer powerful lessons for success. I guide others to change their stories without hitting the rock bottom I experienced.​

I’m a grateful human being first and foremost. There was a time in my life when that was not the case. You know, I felt like the world owed me. I was stuck in a cycle of blame, chemical dependence, and despair. Today, I stand here 24 years sober, helping lead a team of over 600 people. But I didn’t get here by accident. I got here by breaking down who I was and building a new self from scratch. I used a proven method based on science.   • Take a 7‑day “energy audit”: each night, list what drained you and what gave you life.
